I’ve recently discovered a stack of Rolling Stone magazines from the 1970s and the 1980s and was fascinated by the many ads promoting home stereo and audio tech: including Technics turntables, Bose speakers, Marantz amplifiers, and more obscure brands of the era. Some of the audio equipment created during the 1970s-80s has become classic today and I couldn’t agree more having owned a few vintage amps myself.
