When famed designer Marcel Breuer was drafting an office building for Armstrong Rubber Company in New Haven, CT it’s unlikely he imagined how the building would evolve. After the building fell into decay in the 1990s and 2000s a decision was made to covert it into a hotel. In 2022, Hotel Marcel was opened under the Hilton flag.
