When Empire State Building in New York City was completed in 1931, it took 10 million bricks to build, it boasted 6,400 windows and 2+ million square feet of space to fill. And that’s in the middle of The Great Depression. Recently, I came across a fascinating brochure from 1938 promoting the new majestic building to make is appeal both for visitors and renters.
