I Spent a Sunday Walking in Bushwick

On a breezy Summer Sunday I took a stroll down from East Williamsburg in Brooklyn and through Bushwick.

A Cheese Rock found in East Williamsburg even has an Instagram account
One of the dozens improv sidewalk flea markets around the neighborhood
A tobacco factory was housed in this building in the late 1800s.
Another large slice of cheese of the day – a shop sign at Tuffet, a craft with cheese pairings
If you didn’t know Bushwick has its own live radio station playing new acts, Newtown Radio, streaming online
The Breeze, a new modern office and workspace rental community
A line outside of New York Skate Association and Substance Skatepark
Colossal Media on Grand St., an advertising agency responsible for the colorful handmade murals around the city
At Queen, weekly Drag Brunch in session
Brooklyn Record Exchange, a record store located far from any major intersection, but offering a great selection of used records and a focus on Electronic music
